Jewish Cemeteries of Greater Cincinnati is pleased to announce that it will be honoring its founders and recognizing all the partnering cemeteries at a wine and cheese reception to be held at Adath Israel on Sunday, October 12, 2014, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. We hope you’ll be able to be with us as we honor Ed Herzig, Ed Marks, and Michael Oestreicher and say thank you to those who have contributed to the success we have enjoyed in our first five years.

In 2008, after more than 10 years of planning, JCGC was created to assume responsibility for a) the perpetual care of almost all of Greater Cincinnati’s Jewish cemeteries and b) the creation of such new cemeteries as would be necessary to serve the Jewish community’s future needs.
