Jewish Cemeteries of Greater Cincinnati Partners with Acsent On Monument Sales

CINCINNATI, OH, February 15, 2011 – Jewish Cemeteries of Greater Cincinnati (“JCGC”) announced today a partnership with Acsent to provide top quality monuments and markers to the Jewish community. Under this partnership, Acsent will be JCGC’s exclusive supplier and will assist JCGC’s staff in the sale of monuments and markers to families with loved ones interred in JCGC cemeteries. This partnership provides families purchasing memorials with an opportunity to support their cemeteries.

Acsent has been designing and hand crafting custom monuments for almost a century. Its artisans can render custom stone carvings using both modern and classical techniques, in any style.

David Hoguet, Executive Director of JCGC, stated, “We are excited about our partnership with Acsent.  Acsent has been our dealer for over ten years, and their willingness to assist us in our sales effort is a big plus, both because of efficiencies we will gain and because we will be better able to serve our families.”

JCGC is comprised of 22 Jewish cemeteries, almost all of the Jewish cemeteries in Cincinnati and Hamilton, Ohio. JCGC represents the culmination of over 10 years of community efforts to address the financial, succession, upkeep and other challenges facing many Jewish communities. Cincinnati is a leader nationally in creating this organizational model to take care of its cemeteries in perpetuity.
