Commemorative Cemetery Plaque Dedicated

This spring The Clifton Community Fund erected a plaque at our Clifton cemetery on Old Ludlow Ave. A picture of the plaque is shown below. The Clifton Community Fund is a non-profit organization founded by Clifton residents whose mission is to preserve, beautify or enhance Clifton.
